I find them a bit twee to be honest, the whole mod thing is tiresome, go listen to the Style Council instead, they're far better at that typ of stuff.
Only in my opinion though...

Style Council are well more souly/jazz la than OCS. Some Style Council stuff I just can't listen to coz it gets on my tits for some reason, some of the stuffs a lil bit arsey. Wow this is probly the first time I have said anything against Weller's music haha.
And the whole mod thing... I just find it kinda funny but sweet that all them 40/50 year olds still think they are 19. But fuck it, let's have a drink n a dance.

OCS are kinda middle of the road for me. I like some tunes, notably Pirates & Policemen (is that the right title...? lol) but i wouldn't say i love em |

It was amazing, I was absolutely just a little bit wasted, and they played all the fucking good tunes. I was with this really nice fella while they were on, and now have gone all soppy bollocks on myself. |
