I'm just about to clean out and pack all my stuff for the forthcoming removal and stumbled over an old letter I totally forgot about. It's an answer letter by a friend I haven't seen since years. It put a big smile on my face when I read it because it brought me back to the time when I discovered Travis. At one point it says
*translates*:
"Thank you so much for the Travis cassette" (I really sent an audio cassette!! x-D), "They sound really good"
...that's all but it remembered me about my letter before in which I told about this new band I discovered, they're called Travis, the singers voice is absolutely amazing and she MUST check them out, haha... It's dated on 18. Nov.99 so that makes me a Travis fan for at least 8 years this November...cool huh? ;-) hahhh those memories!
I also found a photo of my (by now 11 year old) dog when he was about a year...aww, look wasn't he a cutie? ;-)

...anyway, it's like doing a time travel or something to pack everything you own...interesting thing. *yepp!

That is so cute, you even almost have me welling up there with tears!lol It is brill when you pack things up as you always find wee treasures like that. When I packed up for moving house I made a point of going through all my memory boxes. I found a load of Travis postcards etc, made me smile. I look back and think of the girl I was away back then and how much I have moved on. But I still love TRAVIS!!! lol Hey I even found a cassette where I had taped travis songs. lmao <sad>
