| Try taking some decent quality Magnesium an hour or so before bedtime. Usually does the trick for me. I have to take 2 or 3 though for best effect. |

Headphones and relaxing music.
Plus you get that ever interesting spell where you're pretty much asleep but have the music too. A bit funky to say the least. Try it if you don't know what I mean |

BAHHHHH!!! I've been lying awake in bed for the last two hours listening to my boyfriend sniffling/sneezing/fidgeting in general and no I've given up all hope of sleep.
