My boss saw this recipe and it's in Spanish. He asked me to try and figure it out. I tried using an online translator but it's coming out a big ol' mess. Would one of you lovely people give me a translation that actually makes sense? Gracias! (note: this is a sidebar of an article about mole so it's possible that it doesn't have all the details)
Pollo con mole poblano
Se deshace el mole prepardo – algunas buenas marcas son Rogelio Bueno, Doña María y Juanita – en una sartén a fuego manso. Se agrega a continuación una taza y media de tomata natural triturado y se mezclan bien todos los ingredientes. Dejamos hacer la mezcla a fuego medio durante diez minutos, hasta que la pasta adquiere la textura deseada; removemos a menudo para que no se agarre el chocolate. Por ultimo añadimos el pollo, previamente cocido en agua con sal, ajo y cebolla y lo dejams hacer otros quince minutos. Como toque final, tostamos semillas de sésamo y las espolvoreamos por encima.

not sure you can trust them - all they taught me is swear words and things like "where are my pants ?"

LOL. I hopefully will be able to tell if they're giving me a dirty recipe. When I lived in Germany as an exchange student my family came to visit me and I caught some of my guy friends teaching my brother phrases like, "where is the bathroom" and things like that but they were really teaching him to say "piss off", etc. It was pretty funny. |

Chicken with mole poblano
-crumble the prepared mole (some good marks are Rogelio Bueno, Doña María y Juanita) in a frying-pan over slow heat.
-Later, add 1 1/2 cup of natural crushed tomatoes and mix up all the ingredients.
-Leave the mix over medium heat during 10 minutes, until the paste has the wished texture
-Remove constantly
-Add the chicken (previously cooked in water,salt, garlic and onion). Cook it for 15 minutes.
-Finally, toast sesame seeds and dust off.
It's not a perfect translation...but I hope it helps

I still don´t understand why is chocolate on this recipe. its a good translation I think. |

mole poblano mmm mexican food, nice!.
i think chocolate it's used to make it, but not any type of chocolate, but cacao |

of course, it's great! but i'm not very good in cooking so, i won't definately dare to do it by my self lol, have you ever tasted mole? |

Probably. He's a really good cook and he loves mole. I was actually surprised he hasn't made it before. I need to ask him how he came across a Spanish magazine with an article on mole. |

that's amazing! it'd be really great to taste mole made in another country, personally, it's not one of my faves food, but for so many people it is, you should see the face of some people when i say "nah, i don't really like mole that much" but i can say it's tasteful, i can talk by so many people. |
