Unspoken Rule?

Isn't it just an unspoken rule that we have to give photos of fans with band members a 5/5 star rating? I've seen some fan photos and they've gotten less than 5. And it's just like..regardless of the quality of the photo, that photo probably means a lot to that one fan! I know at least that I always give them 5's.
