Just got my final degree mark and said goodbye to uni and all that. Going to miss it all so much but i can now call myself Helen Louise Johnson (BA Hons) :-) |

Thanks Haz, and you too Abs. I'm not too sure what i'm up to yet. Been asking around about getting involved with children's librarianship or working with schools with regards to books etc. Or i might take a completely different route and do some voluntary work for the BBC to see if i can get in on TV production. I really don't know at the moment but i can always fall back onto teaching (if i really can't find anything else!) |

getting kids to read is a GREAT undertaking that's so admirable, nothing wrong with TV production either. don't forget to give me a holler for a writing gig when you start producing the next big telly show ;) |

And as to falling back on teaching, that's my plan B too... I can definitely teach English, and technically I'm also allowed to teach French. I wouldn't want me as a French teacher though lol
But so I'll stick to the job I've got, and I'm sure you'll find something soon. If nothing else, you can at least try different jobs for a while. |

writing is a bitch to keep going i agree (totally there myself right now with my *cough* novel). keep it up though, it's a struggle to get the arse in front of that keyboard but KEEP IT UP!!!!!! |
