Owen, -6 months (in tummy) at Leeds festival jumping around to the Invisible Band songs (not by choice :) ) (no video though) I wonder how many children will be (or have been) brought up with Travis?
That is such a cute video though!!!

Your video is great! I will listen to travis with my niece to see her reaction! I think she will like them, because last time I made her listen to music, it was Muse, and she cried!! Travis is less scary ! :D |

I think part of my love for Travis stems from the fact that I started listening to them when I was pregnant with my son (now 5 1/2) and so some of my discoveries of the songs and them as a band were entangled with the discovery of baby and mommyhood. Baby #2 was born soon(ish) after 12 Memories so same thing.
I would sing "Sing" to my daughter when she was crying because I liked that the line "hold her, crying onto your shoulder/hold her, tell her everything's gonna be fine" worked and I was sort of singing it to soothe myself as much as her!
They have both heard all the albums tons of times...though I have to skip Peace the F*** Out" for obvious reasons. : )

They don't do it in my lads age, so I think I'll get a laundry market and make him an Art, Music, Jaffa Cakes one instead. |
