I was gonna buy this the other day cause it was in a sale for €8...
Thank fuck I didn't, it's on TV at the moment, it's shit, insipid, predictable and generally crap. Fair enough Zack Braff, Natalie Portman are in it and the soundtrack isn't bad but the plot is so thin you could spit through it and the characters are 1 dimensional. |

| Yeah they were actually showing the movie here a month ago. Seemed kinda emo and dull. I like Such Great Heights by The Postal Service song tho. |

Maybe I'm being a litlle harsh, I'm not in a great mood at the moment and I've been wanting to see it for ages so maybe I've overhyped it myself but I'm really, really dissapointed with it, It was very twee, love stories usually are but this one was overly so. credits are just rolling now, Feck me he got back off the plane I never seen that one coming!! |

That was exactly what I thought at first.I had a controversy with champers here about the movie,-being overrated etc. But give it some time.Dunno if that makes sense,but it's a growing up movie,at least that's what I'd call it.Watching it with great expectations,can be dissapointing indeed. |

i always wonder when people come in to rent movies whether i should just tell them not to bother cos it's on tv that night, or the thought that most crosses my mind about people's choices-it's shit.

I quite liked it, admittedly mainly for the soundtrack.
Seen it a few times now (mainly because of an obsessed friend) and it's still relatively watchable.
By no means groundbreaking or anything but a nice entertaining film |
