Well, I'm happy to start the ball rolling:
Welcome back Travis! After the nail biting wait for album no 5, not disappointed one bit.
Hope the band members are as happy with TBWNN as this fan is!
I think 2007 is going to be a great year for the band, and hope that the album will be up for some awards when they're up for grabs later this year. Much deserved, imho!
Personal favourite track, as of today, but it seems to change a lot: Eyes Wide Open. And it was a great gig opener at Koko.

wow.. just received the new album.. after weeks using the things i downloaded from the net..
the thing sound very different, i mean, actually sounds the same but the album makes me enjoy it more..
Songs are wonderful.
3 times and you lose: didn't like this song at first hearing, from the myspace/travis. Now i really like it.
Selfish jean: make it next single
Closer: ok
Big chair: as in 3 times.. now i really really like this one
Battleships: made me cry
Eyes wide open: fantastic. Probably my favourite fighting with battleships and one night
My eyes: i loved this song since first time hearing
One night: made me cry
The other songs still need a few hearing more before I post something about them.
Can't wait to hear them live |

I agree with Harry that it's a musical successor to the Invisible Band. Best tracks are My Eyes and Selfish Jean for me. Nice site - *looks around approvingly*! |

Guess it will be on my mum's list of presents for Mother's day (June 3rd in France).
She's 70 and likes Travis a lot.

I had Good Feeling down as my favorite album but this is really growing on me. Its a bloody scorcher. The tracks they played live on Tuesday from this album specially 'Eyes Wide Open' were in my opinion the best on the set list. Out In Space is excellent. It certainly was definitely worth the wait.
The new look site is great too. :)

I've just bought it today, and it's amazing. I played it like 5 times already and Selfish jean just makes me dance! ;) |
