Hey! Im new here and I just got my tickets to see Travis in Atlanta on July 29th. Me and my twin sister just recently started listening to them, and we just fell in love with their music! Any suggestions on the essential Travis songs every fan has to know?? |

Yeah, The Singles album might be your best bet, to get aquainted with their main songs as Ruudio was saying.

Do like the rest of us did. Start with Good Feeling. Wait 2 years. Get The Man Who. Wait another 2 years. Get The Invisible Band. Wait nearly 3 years. Get 12 Memories. Wait a year. Get Singles. Wait nearly 3 years. Get The Boy With No Name.
It's that simple! I'll see you when i'm 96 |

i'll be there.
their rule is typically the same as any venue - primarily up to the artist, but in general no professional photography or video. so you can bring your normal point and shoot digital camera - just not the big ones with detachable lenses. |

July 29th is my birthday, and how awesome would it be to go see Travis that day?? ...though it might get a tad expencieve as I'd be travellig from Norway and all that ;)
But to all of you that are going, have a great time!
As for good Travis songs I agree with the above - get the Singles album. In case you'd like to know my own personal faves are probably Driftwood, Writing to reach you, Pipe Dreams, My eyes, Battleships, The humpty dumpty love song, Turn and Re-Offender :) |

Yeah, their cover of lovely Rita is very good. I didn't know the song before I heard Travis' version, but Fran's voice fits so well. Def a must hear ;) |
