are a Cornish band with two albums and are swiftly turning into my favourite band! Their sound is "soaring, dreamy pop" to quote some review somewhere. The Invitation is such a huge grower, now I love it to pieces. Does anyone else like them?
Have a look on their website for some of their songs - if you think they're boring at first it's only because the songs really grow on you - at first listen they are very samey and dull, but they become amazing if you invest the time.

I have the Invitation and like some of it, but yes, it is very very samey. Only a couple of songs stand out, namely Thru The Glass and The Salt Wound Routine.

Really like them. One of the few current bands who really stand out, Thru The Glass and Into The Fire from their first album are brilliant. Haven't listened to the new one enough to really judge it yet, but it's nice.

Really liked Into The Fire, but haven't bought the second album yet. Is it worth buying?

I don't personally like the second album as much as the first, but it's still quite a good album. Pick it up if it's on the shelf at a decent price I'd say.

Love the first album. The second album isn't as good in general but the song Ones and Zeros is fantastic!!

Time to resurrect this thread due to the finding that someone else likes them!

They should have a third album sometime next year (sorry it's vague!), they've been recording it since late last summer.

I like Ones & Zeros, but I prefer You & I (the hidden track), that's a properly amazing song!

That's what I'd say too, it's not fantastic, but it will hopefully prove to be a good stopgap between The Invitation and fame and fortune!
