I love The Frames- but outside of Ireland, they're pretty much unknown...

| uhm, The Eagles of Death Metal i mention them a lot to people but no one seems to know them and they are kinda big, sorta.. they've got Josh Homme! (well sometimes, it is his and Jesse's band) |

I've known them since my *counts* Primary 7 year??? But you must admit, they're not "well known" over there, are they? You know a lot of bands that most people don't know to be fair |

Yeah in fairness it's not even close to how popular over the Irish Sea.
Yes I get abuse from my friends when I DONT know a new band. Quite seriously someone asked me if I knew anything about this band and when I said I didn't I got:
"What do you mean you haven't heard of them you know all the bands!"

Other people that I personally know? Almost every band I listen to, including Travis. Heh. Only one person I knew had ever heard of the Arcade Fire. The mind boggles.
