	I have mixed emotions about running as a form of exercise...for me, that is. My runner friend thinks i'm nuts. But i told him that i don't run on the treadmill...i walk fast because in my mind, running drags your face down and that's not good for people over the age of 35. Well you know gravity...think about it.
