can you get proper chipper chips in the US?
a while back one we brought a bostonian to a chipper and she was in awe at fried chopped unprocessed potatoes.

no she's no freak. there's nothing at all like a real "Chip Shop" like you'd find back home in Ireland or the UK :-/
