Hi All,
and welcome to the new Travisonline. We see you have given the new boards a baptism of fire with well over 1000 posts since launch yesterday afternoon!
As many of you have noted there are a few teething troubles that need to be ironed out with the new site especially around the boards, member profiles - shows Private Messaging etc. This is to be expected when launching a new system and we will be looking into these issues over the next week or so and would value your patience while we address them.

sorry didn't want to stress you too much.
Still getting used to this new style board .... miss the old threads though *sniff* but the home page and the other sections really look cool. great stuff :) btw could we have the smilies back ??? |

We'll look into all suggestions but can't guarantee they will be able to implemented in this new set up, in changing one system for another we've had to leave some things behind and embrace others. All thoughts are welcome though- if we can't implement them in this board we may be able to in another version further down the line. |

Just one question: will you be moderating for content and netiquette?

Hi Tonie,
yes we will hopefully be around a bit more when we've completed the build and debugging of this new site.
We're going to let everyone get used to this new system and get on with it for the next couple of weeks and then review how things are working re: seperate forums etc.

hey TWT! glad to know u are improving the board system. i'm really proud of it.
by the way, i'd really like to know, if u could change my username... since 2004, when i entered in here, i wanted to change it, but i wasn't able to do it myself, coz it always got any kind of registering trouble.

well, we don't like to make a habit of it, but yes - we can change your username, or delete your old account and let you create another.
Let us get through these fixes we need to make on the site first and we'll contact you later about changing your username.
