i just had a cup of hot cocoa, myself.
it's not helping though..
i'm feeling the same way and i blame it on my dad's selfishness. if only i could figure out how to capture the whole ordeal on film / photo.. maybe i'll take a photo of him sleeping on the couch.. |

go for a walk in a park - look at trees and flowers
try to find "feel good things to do" (reading a book, listening to cd...)
talk to a friend |
