| I got mine from Recordstore.co.uk. In other words, from an online store (Amazon is possible, too). Another thing is, that if you don't have a credit card or there are restrictions with internet shopping in your country, it will be difficult. |

| i live in Indonesia, and ordered the signed cd via recordstore.co.uk and it came nicely within 10 days. of course you'd need a credit card for that. |
