Goat with a fake accent?

I am no expect at identifying accents, but to me, this goat sounds like a guy from Liverpool trying to sound Scottish, but only succeeding in sounding like he's Scottish/Irish/Austrialian/English.

This is the program my daughter is using to learn typing.
Fake Accent Goat?
