Ooooh, I get to be first! Goody goody goody!
Ok, my Unsecret Santa partner was Mili from Finland. She said I could open part of it early, but I didn't. I waited. :D
The box.
The reveal!
A sequiny-snowflakey Christmas card, A postcard, some gum, an insanely large chocolate bar, a turtle magnet made from a computer circuit board, a mix CD and the family's favorite--a crunchy snowball! You can squeeze it and it sounds and feels like you're packing a snowball.
Thank you very much, Mili! You've been a terrific Unsecret Santa partner! Hugs from Michigan, USA! |

Ahhhhhh, I haven't got much time (my economics books are waiting *hrmph*), but I wanted to show you what Anne gave me.
Fortunately, my mum did NOT re-wrap it!!
you can't really see it in the picture, but apparently, there was no big sheet of wrapping paper left in Anne's house, so she wrapped the box in small pieces of paper (using a lot of sellotape). I'm not sure how you still managed to wrap the whole BIG(!) box, Anne!
and this was inside:
A BIG GIANT cupcake silicone baking-pan (OMG!!!), Junior Mints (love them!), Reese's Pieces and Sour Patch candy.
Anne, thank you!! You ARE a mad person, and a great Unsecret Santa (despite the wrapping fail) :D
I've never used a silicone baking-pan, btw *lol*
P.S.: I also received an "extra" non-christmas pressie, which was a FRANDY cd!!!! :D
P.P.S.: whooops, giant pictures. well, it's a big giant cupcake, so big giant pictures are just right :D |

I was going to wait until later, but I haven't been sleeping very well and thought I would open this while I waited for everyone else to get up.
Thank you Hanne!!!
Here is the box:
and the lovely contents.
a card (that supports a hospice. I really am a giver :) ), a beautifully handmade heart to hang on my tree. I am seriously jealous of the crocheters on this boards talent! Danish designed angel ornaments, and CHOCOLATE. The Chocolate was wrapped seperately and when i opened it, it smelled overwhelmingly good.
Thank you Hanne! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas all! Cant wait to see everyone's pics. |

My German elf was wonderful to me. I got some pre-Christmas presents that I failed to photograph (oops) It was some yummy chocolate candy and a mix CD with a cool photo on the front. The CD features some German bands and I'm enjoying it very much.
Here is the main event before:
(it's the smaller ones, they were just on top of the big red package)
I got an awesome card (inside and out), some delicate straw ornaments, chocolate, a tin with the best German cookies EVER, an oven mitt with the Bavarian symbol, and a keychain with my initial surrounded by embroidered flowers and a teeny coo bell.
Sorry the pics are small. For some reason I can't get it to copy a bigger version so you can see more clearly.
Vielen Dank meine Steckreube!!!!!! |

you're welcome ;) (and I remember our Steckrüben-discussion ;D)
the small size of the pics might be a flickr-problem, Kayte's pictures are the same size as yours. |

I was unable to get a "copy image location" on the large pictures, only the smaller preview pictures. That's why mine are small, too. |

Hiii! Happy Christmas! Everyone got wonderful stuff! Another great boardie exchange indeed! :o)
Moray, thanks so much for your presents!!! I loved them!!!!
Here are the photos:
The unopened parcel.
The presents: a Travis book: Closer Every Year: The Story Of Travis, by Mike Black. Of course, this is something you can't find in Argentina no matter how hard you try. Plus, I love reading, and I never read a Travis book, so this is great! And I'm hoping to learn a lot of new English vocabulary and a lot of Travis facts :oP.
And then, next to it you can see the coolest Christmas card with a kilt design! Inside the card Moray explains that each family in Scotland has their own tartan, so this represents his family!
Close up of the card. :oP
I really loved the gifts, Moray. Thanks so much!!!!
This's been really fun! :o)

I'm glad you liked them! Let me know what you think about the food stuff. :oP |

Wendy, you look adorable in that hat! You must wear it all winter. Consider purchasing a coat to match it specifically. :D |
