I'm wondering if Kayte will keep us updated with her PYT story. |

Kayte has no intentions of making a Pretty Young Turkey this year. Though I have to say, looking back, that whole episode was quite funny. |

I will be cooking a bunch of casseroles, then eating, then taking some tums, then eating some more, then more tums, then dessert, then more tums, and bed! |

I am going to work til 4 that afternoon then turning up TRAVIS for a 2 hour drive home to visit with the family. It will be a lovely day becos I love the drive. I leave the city and its a fairly straight path with nothing but country and passing through small towns to get to my small hometown. I hope it is sunny! |

Normally people in my country don't celebrate Thanksgiving. But some of my friends came up with the idea (two years ago I think) that we should , we have been celebrating Thanksgiving since then :p We are 7 or 8 eating together - lots of turkey and many of the traditional dishes - and usually watching American football but I don't know if it'll be on Danish television that day :p In stead of celebrating it the last Thursday in November as we have the past two years, we decided to move it till Saturday so we don't have to get up early the next day ;D |

Through a twist of fate, I will be cooking a PYT this year, though not nearly so large and unmanageable. Just for our family of 5. I'd just order one, but Rachel wants to see how it's done, so...ugh, I'm indulging her interests. I'm gonna maker her get the neck and giblets out of the body cavity. Ew.
Repeat after me, sing, "Na na na!" |
