Since the latest hot news is about a new album being written during the Frandy tour, I thought this would be a good time to put in a request to our dear Andy.....
Please please please, can we have more banjo?? :-D
I love seeing you play the banjo on stage and really think it adds a lot to your songs. As much as I like the busking version of flowers, I miss the banjo, lol!
Have a chat with Fran and see what you guys can do for us. Cheers, Debbie.

lol I'm sure we will be getting more banjo. With the sort of shows they're performing, i imagine they'll end up writing quite acoustic sounding songs. I can see the banjo playing quite a part. I hope i'm right, we'll have to wait and see.

I hope they maybe do a couple of new songs in the concerts themselves. Maybe a song they write towards the start of the tour, they could be performing towards the end. Maybe.

I'm sure if they're recording in Nashville, the banjo will make an appearance!

I was thinking the same, if Fran said: "The show will start with the first song I wrote and end with the last song I wrote" ...well, this "last song I wrote" is very suggestive...
awww envy! these shows will be more than perfect.

Bumpety bump!
Don't forget to pack that banjo in your suitcase Andy, and have a good road trip ;-D
PS Kayte, I didn't realise that Nashville was banjo county!! I'm obviously far too un-educated lol!

Nashville is the capitol of country music. Grand ole Opry and all that. It would be practically a sin not to play banjo in Nashville. There's probably a law about it.
