your man from the frames (glen hansard i think his name is) plays the male lead in this flick, has anyone seen it yet in Europa?
If so, is it any good like?

| I can't wait to see it. It's screening in belfast in July (got a message from the ONCE people on myspace) and i just love that stuff he did with the swell season album. If the music is as good as the film, it's a good film! |

oh wow it's not even opened @ home yet, that's interesting. the music (the little i've heard of it in the trailer) sounds pretty decent, i'm just worried your man from the frames isn't going to be a two by four when it comes to acting like. that would be hard to sit through.
hmmm - i wonder if this storyline parallels damo rice and his ex-singing partner lisa "hurley-up-my-bum" hannigan?

Interesting point.
This isn't Glen Hansard's first film. He's quite the accomplished actor! He was in The Commitments
