The band has been invited to different tv shows and we have memorables memories:
[Edit]
Killer queen
'Sing' at TOTP
Fran with Ali G
Later (2001)
Sing
David Letterman show (2001)
Side
Later with Jools Holland
Re-offender
Beautiful occupation
Quicksand!
Parkinson (2007)
Selfish Jean
------
...Now, talking about Tv shows, Travis didn't appeared on SNL yet, the reason? No idea, during 2000 or 2001 they would fit like a perfect musical guest, even after, with the other albums. Hope they have that chance soon.
...Live from Abbey Road is another tv show where Travis needs to perform(this theme was treated two years ago)...Michael Gleason is the producer, Mr. Gleason, what are you waiting for??? (awww sorry, now i'm relieved, I needed to get that off my chest haha)
------
What else did you saw on tv? :)

The Ali G Show was one of the funniest I had seen...until TOTP :D
I don't know about SNL but Live from Abbey Road is an ideal show for Travis...I haven't got a clue about what's going through the producer's mind!
Some faves of mine:

Song to Self - Graham Norton Show
The Beautiful Occupation - MTV Awards Edi Fran had a sore throat? Still sounds good :D
Why Does It Always Rain On Me? - Brit Awards
Live at Later with Jools Holland
Live at MuchMusic (Fran in a kilt!)
Yet another WDIAROM - Later...
Flowers in the window - Later...
Sing - The late late show
Yet another Sing performance (Later...) |

You're welcome, Yu! It was a good idea to have all the vids together in one place. Now I can come here to find whatever I'm in the mood for :)
Quicksand - Later with Jools Holland
Re-offender - Later with Jools Holland
The Beautiful Occupation - Later with Jools Holland Being on TV and all, Andy still rocks as if he was on stage in front of a screaming crowd :) Fran sitting by the drums in the end of the song is funny...
P/S: 1) Julia Roberts looked too excited, haha :D
2) Some bands are even making a second appearance on LFAR! (The Killers, for instance) |
