Rugby Union record crowd of 83,000 expected today at Croke Park in the All Ireland Semi Final of the Heineken Cup, Leinster take on an "in form" Munster(8 Lions on their team). Obviously being a Dub I'd love to see Leinster do it but as they have never beaten Munster in this competition although all the games took place in Lansdowne Road (which is being redeveloped). Munster thumped Leinster back in 2006 at the same stage 30-6 on a day Leinster were favourites but simply didn't turn up. Munster have also gotten to the finaL 3 times in the last 4 years.

C'mon the Leinster Lions.

Good luck to Munster may the best team (on the day) win.

Was it a good match? I missed it, wrong tv channels and all that. Can't imagine it was that exciting what with those results :( I'm not too upset i missed it now.

it was feckin ace!
i was in cusack stand, bloody crazy atmosphere.
looked like there was more munster in attendence than us though, but they all started leaving 10 mins before end.
very hard fought match, just because there wasn't a lot of scoring doesn' mean both teams were not both pushing for it.
was a beautiful match. the BOD's try was just poetry or something and generally i'm not one of his biggest fans but i was deffo converted today.
allez les blues!

i'm just on a high now:)

It did !! until 50mins into the match, then they all decided they were getting beat and decided to fuck off back to stab city. And they have the cheek to label Leinster "Fair Weather Supporters". It was actually about 50/50 which is surprising considering most Leinster fans are D4 heads who won't cross the Liffey.

Was over at Dee's last night, on the way over I was surrounded by Leinster fans, they were playing their final home league game at the RDS before the Heineken Cup final in Edinburgh. I was really disappointed to see so many young lads pissed out their face, glory hunting, to be honest Elvery's must have sold out of jersey's if last night was anything to go by, every second twat had a brand new jersey. I just want to ask these lads where they were on a cold rainy night in January when they just edged out Cardiff. Wanks.
