I need a little translation.
I emailed Ticketpro the other day to refund me the ticket for the Cracow Screen Festival and now have been told to send the ticket back to them along with the fiscal receipt that was enclosed to the ticket.
I replied that I sent the ticket but can't find that fiscal receipt anymore but gave them the transaction number I found in the confirmation email of my order.
Now they replied that they NEED the fiscal receipt or - if I don't have it anymore - I need to complete following form and send it back to them *sigh*
Anyway it's in polish (...and the only polish word I know is Nastrovje! haha)
Could anyone translate the form for me please?

I'm going to try and help, but my Polish is limited. If Megg is around, she'll be able to tell us if this is 100% correct. But I think I'm pretty close.

Is it "Nastarovja"? That's like the only russian word I know, except from "Spatsiba", "Vodka", "Stalin" and "Lenin" :P
Edit: Oooh nooo this got very confusing, suddenly I thought we we're talking about Russia!! "Nastarovje" is a russian word, for sure! |
