Context:-
The other evening I picked up on iTunes a copy of 'The Cake Sale' a various artists charity album. There is a song, the last song on the album actually, called 'Aliens' that has Neil Hannon singing on it and it's fcuking amazing. This morning then when I was walking towards the office I noticed on my trusty iPod that the name 'Andy Dunlop' was credited as the artist for this particular song on that album.
Question:-
Is the Andy Dunlop in question, the Andy Dunlop from Travis? If so, I'm righteously impressed bro because that song, as mentioned already, is awesome. You know, there's a section at the end of the song that's got a lot of crunchy distorted electric guitar that's got a very Dunlopian vibe so I'm hoping I'm right (tried Googling for an answer but found 'owt).
Would have sent this question directly to Mr. Frets but since he's on here as much as my Da's budgie I thought I'd pester you instead :)
Vote Beeblebrox (written by Joby Talbot, performed by Neil Hannon, Douglas Payne, Andy Dunlop, Miggy Barradas, Chuck Norman, Hannah Thomas and Fran Balke) (3:27)
and a video to go with it: Vote Beeblebrox
with appearances by Dougie and Andy
They find interesting things to do when not Travising, I see.
