Watched the beginning of the gammys last night to see who'd be first - it was U2 and it's much to write home about. About to turn the station when Whitney wobbled out and gave a gong to Jennnifer Hudson who still had her lobster bib stuffed on when she went up to accept the award, praise God etc.
I changed the channel then.
gammys suck arse. industry handshandy. macca should have known better - but since starbucks went tits up he knew he'd need to tow the line to get someone to release his latest shite. retire for fuck's sake, the fountain is dry.

Exhibit A;

(Yes that is really Stevie Wonder with the Jonas Brothers) |

I say its because he was cheated into doing it.If he wasn't blind,he would have flatly rejected to sing alongside the lamest,most overrated shitty bunch of talentless faggots.
I watched it only to be disappointed time and again esp with the crappy collaborations between some of the most unlikely pairings
besides the one mentioned above-al green,justin twat timberlake and boyz 2 men?!wtf?!
and more adele and sugarland?!for god's sake.the grammy's is no difft from the razzies now.Its no longer an avenue for good musicians to be recognised.
I only enjoyed radiohead's and coldplay's performance minus jay z thou.Overall pretty damn disappointing. |

the Al Green/Justin Timberlake/Boyz II Men thing was put together at the last minute because of Chris Brown being an asshat who hits his girlfriend and thus both he and Rihanna had to pull out of performing.
So, not my thing, but the fact that it was thrown together in an hour and a half is pretty impressive. |

yeah..i juz found out too.but i just wonder why they chose that prick..they could have chosen anyone..anybody.but they chose justin.t again.he keeps appearing everywhere and his talent is very limited actually.tt annoying falsetto of his drive me up the wall!i was rather pissed with tt initially coz he kinda messed it up.i mean we're talking legends here,al green and boyz to men.but yeah what's done can't be undone.i quit watching the grammy's anyways. |

Well he decided to sing alongside Blue in the past, so... I'm not that surprised! |
