A bar serving only those either wouldn't last one evening, or it would be a huge success for a shortish time, until something more strange came along.

In the early 90's cocktails were such a hit. I remember one bar in Camden called Rumours. It was full of yuppies and served weird drinks. There was for example Tia Maria Kiss, that was supposed to be swirling around (cream, coffee liquor and something else in layers). I had one with my boyfriend, his was doing all the swirling, mine was totally still. I don't think I'd be ordering it anymore.
