Well actually I'm a bit emberassed to post this, but here it goes:
This is something that's been in the boiler for quite a while, but now it's ready to be served(I hope)
So let me proudly present, perhaps the most nerdy thing that's been alive and kicking on this board ;)
If you're bored with showdowns and making imposible choices, this is nothing for you.
But, and that's a big BUT, if you love the excitement of cheering for your favourites in an exciting and everlasting competition, I give to you
the first season of the TRAVIS LEAGUE!
No blood around here, but you may hear some babies screamin¨.....You'll see what I meen...
You'll find everything you need to know if you follow this LINK!
Season kicks of tomorrow at 12 PM(board time) with matches from the Premier Division and Division 3, but in the meantime you can do THIS
and of course have a look around ;)
This is my way of wasting time, but if no one votes this thing has no future so I'm literally counting on YOU!

This could never compete with your showdowns(that's not my intention), you're the master Luke =) No one could ever beat your storytelling either!
Haha is it really Fran who's signed my guestbook or is it you Lukey? :D If it's Fran, I can sence a bit of irony in his voice. ;)

I thought that you'd all like to see the tables all on one page, so that you can see in which division your favourites are. Who is your money on for the pre-season betting?

| You do have far too much free time, but you produce some good stuff :) I'm not sure whether the song choices and order were quite as random as showdowns but I guess you had to order roughly otherwise it would take years for anything to change. I think that two promotions and relegations would be good, are you planning only one? And Luke, maybe the Song Showdown can move into new technological pastures someday, but at least you can argue tradition until that day :P |

Yeah far too much free time :S Well there were not much randommess about the song choices at all, as you can see all the singles starts in the Premier Division for example. But there will be 4 relegations from each division, except division 3 ,where there will be 2 relegations. So things can change pretty quickly if you want them to! ;)
Hope there won't be any more technical errors so that you who like this will be able to vote from now on! |

Heh nope that wasn't me, could be Fran. :)
Edit: Although he hasn't logged on the 'board for two days so possibly not lol. Unless he just checked the board without logging... |
