According to Q Magazine readers!
Ode To J. Smith - the 28th best album of 2008!
"After running out of steam commercially with their soft rock formula, the band reverted to the harder approach of their debut with spectacular results. Don't be scared off by the fact it is a concept album, this is the sound of a band completely revitalised." |

Interesting that Keane's album is number 1... I like it, but I think I like Coldplay's and Elbow's more. |

Exactly what I thought. I'm fine with Keane's music, but...#1 when Travis is #28?!? Don't really agree with that, but ah well.
Anyway congrats to Travis :) It was a brilliant album. I do hope they hit top 10 next year! :D |

Keane, number 1! Ridiculous. I like Keane but that was a very disappointing album. My favourites are Travis, Elbow, Duffy, Coldplay and there's been some other good ones too like Snow Patrol and Oasis etc. |

I'm fine with Keane being high up but not Oasis. Was not a fan of the album besides a few tracks. Travis should be in the top 10. I thought coldplay was going to be #1. I was glad to see the last shadow puppets up there. |

Maybe we are a bit biased, but of course Travis is the best :D |
