Have to disagree, sorry. Even with Shane pissed as usual (they managed to fuck it up on Monday night too). Agreed Katie Melhoohaa isn't the best but then is anyone gonna measure up to Kirsty's original vocals. Kirsty was killed 8 years ago last week (18/December/2000). Of course I don't know if you guys had to suffer This Abomination a few years back.
I also heard that Shane once remarked that "Yes, It is a fantastic song, I just wish i could remember where/how I wrote it"

I thought KT Tunstall did a pretty decent job of the vocals on her version.
