So...casual night with friends. Dinner, last minute Christmas stuff and then we came across this. It gets a big fat WTF! A white button down shirt, attached to a pair of lace undies. WHY? It is some weird grownup onsie? Why is this necessary? It was in a perfectly normal dept store with other perfectly normal clothes. If it wasnt $100 i would have gotten it as a gag gift for someone.

http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v1549/190/84/121503582/n121503582_37629986_244.jpg

We were thinking of all the problems with it.
-You have to step into it
-what if your torso isnt the same size as this is
-what if you go home with someone and while trying to get down to business you remember you are wearing that! Imagine trying to yank that shirt off? You could cause some serious damage!

Every 5 minutes for the rest of the night i would just start laughing hysterically because it is so weird!

To keep it tucked in? For a businesswoman, perhaps? But I agree- WEIRD. Kind of like the bra/underwear combos, of which I affectionately refer to as 'brunderwear'.

Yeah, that was my first thought...it would be to keep the shirt from riding up...

However, that is still the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. I mean if you're going for function that's one thing, but the bottom part is all frilly and lacy, like you might be expecting someone to see it later on. Or something, I dunno, I'm perplexed.

Maybe you've stumbled upon some secret underground shirt/undies combo fetish????

My guess is there are buttons at the bottom, so you don't have to undress if you want to pee. The idea is to keep the shirt in place.
Not in my shopping list.

Hahaha! I get this picture in my head:

"Oh what a lovely shirt, I have to try it on"

*walks to the dressing room*

"Well lets se......Hmmm what's this, I didn't pick any panties? WTF they're attached to the shirt!....Should I still try it on? Maybe the shirt fits me perfectly!"

Maybe it's some kind of practical joke?

PMSL!!!! Ugh that's just too weird and gross! lol

I'm laughing here too....

How would it work? Who thought of such a stupid idea? I imagine they are not proper pants coz that just wouldn't work. You would have to were that over your knickers to stop it riding up if that is the reason behind it. Oh my Word!!!!

That's BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!

there ARE snaps at the bottom, however, below the last button on the shirt it was stitched closed. There is no unawkward way in or out!
Yes, i understand that the concept was probably to keep your shirt tucked it, but this is about the stupidest way of doing so that i have ever seen.

I don't wanna date anyone wearing that for sure..It would be impossible to undress her in a decent way!

"Oh wait you'll have to take off my pants as well"

Stupid thing!

Lol! When I first opened the thread I only saw the shirt, and I thought "what's wrong with a white shirt?" and then I scrolled down and saw the undies!
It's absurd, really hahaha.

Ok, I've thought about it. It is a shirt for the businesswoman who is all business when she wants to get down to business. I think you wear a skirt with it and thigh-high hose and when the time is right all you need to do is undo the snaps and you're good to go without having to undress.
