Hey Fran a few years ago I sent you a message as an Artist asking for advice, asking you did you get mucked about as an artist/band. I was on the verge of just throwing the towel in! I decided to take your advice and approach it as a boxer with the same mentality!
Well in the past year i got a band together, within the past year we've gotten so much attention and recently have been asked to tour Denmark/Sweeden and Germany!
would just like to say thank you so much! and when we're playing in Berlin i'd love to see you at a show! but i'm sure you'll be busy!
BUT totally truly from the heart Thank you very much!
I hope someday that i can get to get a songwritting session with you!
And let you know like Amy McDonald you were the reason i picked up the guitar in the 1st place!
thank you very much for making my life so musical!
And if nothing comes of it career wise who knows! At least i've had loads of fun doing what i love

Yes i'd definitely have a Travis influence in there!
As they were the 1st band that i learnt all the songs of! lol
My Influences are Travis, Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox 20, Damien Rice etc...
Really just love pop rock!
and love making music!
do you play at all yourself!?
BTW there is much much more music thats only 4 i put online! :)
Theres about 20 /30 songs in total from the band! |

Yeah I can hear the Travis influence as well, and the Goo influence too....

Yeah. Sorta kinda, lol! Travis is the reason I started playing guitar. I've only ever wrote a few songs though. Not that I play well at all. There's a crappy version of "Just The Faces Change" on my profile.

Hey Peter!
Thanks for posting your myspace site! What a great music, I like your voice, and all the 4 songs are great! There's more Goo Goo Dolls influence than Travis, right? And I can almost hear a little bit of Athlete... I like it! But all together your own style. When will you come to Germany, and where? Tx! |

I'd say i'm influenced equally by the goo's and Travis, i'd say Travis inspired me more to start with, because it seemed more realistic to achieve what Travis have achieved because i come from quite a similar place to the lads. Glasgow / Belfast etc...
