Congrats!! I'm a Detroit Tigers fan, but I was watching last night and rooting for the Phillies to beat Tampa Bay. My reasoning was that 1- they were the home team, 2- They're further north and closer to Detroit, and 3- Their colors are red and white like my beloved Red Wings, LOL! Lame, I know...but it was really exciting game, especially since I'm not huge into baseball...so seeing only the last six innings due to the rain-out was great. It sorta cuts to the chase and you only see the exciting part of the game. :) |

Thanks!!! It was insane to have the game split up like that, half on Monday and half last night! Was really weird to see the start of the game in the 6th inning.
The weather here, in PA, was so horrible on Monday and Tuesday, actually got a bit of snow outside the city, and it was hard to wait to see the outcome of the game but what a way to end it. And at home!
Philly has been waiting for 28 years!!! Definitely one for the books!

the world series was SOOOOO boring this year.
preseason hockey was more entertaining than playoff baseball. |

That's okay, just go back to your soccer. We're fine here.
(Everyone loves it when we say soccer.)
