The Great Unknown is a b-side to Closer. GREAT song! :) Should have been on The Boy... :)
Perfect Heaven Space is a hidden track on The Boy... though not on all versions, I don't think. :) Errr... lovely piano. lol |

when I check internet stores, they always say 12 tracks

| Hidden tracks aren't counted on the tracklisting, that's why they're 'hidden'. I think that every version had Sailing Away, but only some had Perfect Heaven Space. There's also Say Hello which was available on iTunes if you pre-ordered the album. 7digital have Perfect Heaven Space as a separate download but I'm sure someone would send it to you anyway :) |

Ah, français! I've just been in Paris for a few days, I could have brought a copy over!
You could get a copy from Play.com for 6.99 euros and free delivery. It even lists PHS in the tracklisting :) |
