The story of acclaimed Canadian rock group Nickelback, who started out playing other people's songs in the town of Hanna, Calgary. Singer Chad Kroeger eventually put together a collection of original tunes and borrowed the money to record them in a friend's studio. The result was the EP Hesher, followed by the acclaimed album Curb.
