Delta Spirit. How would you describe their sound?

I’m a huge fan of indie music and always stoked to find a new band to listen to. My neighbor works for umgd and is always throwing new music my way. Last week he gave me a CD called “Ode to Sunshine” by a band named Delta Spirit. They have such a cool sound! They are like the perfect mixture of indie rock and soul. I realize that comparison sounds strange but it is the only way to describe them I can think of. They have a page on imeem you can check out along with their EPK on youtube .
