Hello! I have peeked in but not posted in days. I missed my boardie buddies. I'm currently posting ads on craigslist for various items loser tenant left. So far I've made $79.
And...a new tenant signed a lease today!!

Well it was a girl but they belonged to her ex. He actually told me about them. Said he used to be a mover and some old dude gave them to him and said he could sell them as some of them are collectibles. He never got around to it.
It's a bit strange and I wasn't in the mood to catalog porn so that is why I was willing to give someone a cut on the profit. |

A friend of mine sell those , there's a certain cutoff date for em on ebay |

That's interesting. As far as I can tell my guy hasn't listed them yet. We'll see what I get. It would be great if we make a decent amount off of them but it we make $10 it's $10 I didn't have, right? |
