Laura I like the blue/purple one the best too. The yellow one is also pretty and very festive. We'll see how your color scheme goes, OK?
I think the flower girl is supposed to compliment but not match the bridesmaids so we'll have to see what they pick as well.
I wasn't drunk, just slightly tipsy!! And the idea of a virtual wedding is still brilliant!
Am I supposed to post some pics of dresses I like?! Here's some that I like the style of....

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been hijacked by the blokes of the board protesting at the girliness!! |

This is just a suggestion for my flower girl dress. Seems like it might go with your vintage style.
That first option looks like a pair of curtains cut up to make a dress. |

Oh, darn! I wanted big over-the-top poofy dresses! With crinoline slips and everything! I've been a bridesmaid twice. My maid of honor dress was in a VERY 80's wedding (my best friend got married right out of high school) in which I wore a tea-length teal dress with poofy shoulders and dye-matched satin teal shoes. I carried a very interesting bouquet of fake flowers that were teal, white and peach with teal and peach ribbons that hung down.
My second brides maid dress was in 2000, a floor length A-line satin gown in a color called "platinum" which wasn't too bad. |

i think over the top poofy dresses are a requirment for a virtual wedding!
Ive never been a bridesmaid, but i was a flowergirl when i was 6. The dress was baby pink, satin, poofy sleeves, i think a bow on the back and i wore a crinoline which i now cant get around my leg. It was a fun day though. We got bored during the photos, so while the bride and groom where having theirs done, the bridesmaids took me to Mcdonalds and the wedding that was in the church before us was there! Apperently the couple met at Mcdonalds. And i remember during the reception when they do that glass clink thing and the bride and groom are supposed to kiss, the groom got up and kissed me on the cheek and i got embaressed and cried. Im pathetic.
And my cousin and i (the bride's sister) would cheat at the showers and look for the plate with the sticker on the bottom and things like that.
And my brothers elementry school grad was a couple days later and my mom made me keep my hair in. It was a DISASTER by time grad came. |

LOL. I totally agree. It was all one image so I couldn't delete it. A bit relieved that Laura didn't say she liked that one. I might have had to rethink that since wearing that even virtually would be pretty horrific. |

I hope Juli will make fake photoshoped pics from the virtual wedding!
If Laura wants a tea dress I think we should have dresses of a similar lenght, right?
Nikki, my dear, where are you? I need your vote for the chic & classy outfits! |

OMG! Fake photoshop pictures with us in our dresses would be HILARIOUS!!! I know she can do it! She's the Photoshop Queen.
I don't know which to vote for! Poofy would be funny...but I think chic and classy is more me. :O) Whatever the bride wants, I suppose! |
