Even when I eat tuna pasta I put all this cheese on it. (and ssssshhhhh don't tell anybody because in italy, if you do something like that in a restaurant, people look at you like you're some sort of freak.)

Actually I study Italian Literature, although I'm not really proud of my Italian (it's not good by now, hope to improve it soon). And I know ragú, some stuff al pesto, pizzete, tramezzini... almost everything you can find at the bar (italian bar, not american or any other kind of bar).

Uh ragù *_* My favourite way to eat gnocchi: with ragù. And pesto is good, is like... Garlic, oil and oh, I don't know what's the name in english :P but it's really good. And you know, in Glasgow I found a lots of tramezzini in a lots of bars! Really! I mean... Different kind of tramezzini... But good anyways.

heyjude... I love gnocchi. When I was little I was eating gnocchi almost everyday XD Really a passion. *_* I guess I'm just too Italian with food XD
