It's true that talented guys like these are the reasons why girls' expectations are really high and stuff, but seriously, ALL you have to do is to have:
Fran's vocal prowess
Dougie's style (particularly on stage)
Andy's kickass guitar talent
Neil's eyes/build
Their combined...awesomeness in the music they produce.
Now is that way too much to ask, hmm?
