The Shred is online for free? Where, where?! I've only seen previews on YouTube.
I've looked for the DVD's at the library, but they don't have them in our network.
well, if you download it, tee hee.
I would try to send it to you but I imagine the file is too large. I think I downloaded it from www.isohunt.com.
Let me know if you need help with torrents.
Sandy, you sound like your own workout reality show. You just need to get real! |

I think that might be one of those things where it's only legal to download in Canada. If she's still selling the DVDs, I doubt it would be legal to download them here.
I've heard that a lot of people are going back to good old fashioned Jane Fonda Workout! Ha ha! I bet they have THOSE at the library! On VHS! |

Ooh Jane Fonda. Get out those leotards and legwarmers, preferably in a nice bright colour :-) |

im not sure of the legality of it here. Music is legal to download, not sure about tv, videos, etc. But I do it anyways. Well, I dont download movies, but tv for sure. Torrents are a life saver. |

I checked the library database. There are plenty of halfway decent looking workout DVDs without resorting to Jane Fonda. And certainly not Richard Simmons. Though I did work with a lady who lost 30 pounds Sweatin' to the Oldies. We made fun of her every day and made her Richard Simmons collages for her workstation. But we couldn't argue with the results. |

We're supposed to brainstorm on names for our team. One lady is really pushing for Team Ramrod and says if we had seen Supertroopers (I think?) it would make sense. Well I haven't so I don't get it.
So far I've come up with Team Fat Ass to Bad Ass.
Anyone have anything else? I am not very good with names. |

I second that! Will they pay you 150$ if you lose way more than 12 pounds? Haha, you can always hope. |
