I did 3 hours a day travel for 3 months this summer and it made me so tired all the time. Now I do an hour a day. |

WOW - I thought I had it bad. I drive 50 miles each way to work, so at least 100 miles per day if I just go to and from work. It's not that common here to drive so far to work, but I like living outside of the city, so I do it. At least I usually go in later and leave later so I miss most of the heaviest traffic. I try to stay home on weekends as much as possible so I can save gas...sigh.
Takes me about an hour to get to my desk at work. About 45 minutes driving and the rest is parking and waiting on elevators. |

20 minutes by bike, 40 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by car. |

Oh, 3 hours? That's awful. If I had to travel 3 hours to get to my school on TIME, I'd have to be awake at 3:30AM! (School starts at 7:20 for me...)
Thankfully it takes about 10 minutes to get there by car or bus. About 45 if I walk! |

My commute was 45 minutes for a while but now that they've opened up the 35W bridge (it collapsed last year - very tragic) this morning and it cut 15 minutes from my drive! |
