And everybody ends up to call me "elen" and ok, it has the same meaning of "eledh", but it's quite annoying... So I tell them "call me "el" or "ele" and it's ok" XD
And... They mostly write my name like "eledth" or "elehd" or "eleth" XD
Just my best friend knows how to write my name! XD
But I'm proud of my name, so I won't complain XD

my real name is Ilse, and people always forget it, is not a commun name, so, I prefer they call me "galletita" (which means little cookie)

they always remember my nickname, I don't know why, maybe they're hungry

The only problem with my name is that it's completely unpronouncable (if that's even a word, lol) for everyone who's not Polish.

My name is not difficult to pronounce: Mónica. British pronunciation is closer to Spanish one than American, hehe.

Thanks! Sumner is as in Gordon Sumner (as Turtleneck guessed). My husband and I met as co-workers and our first "connecting" moment was when a Police song came on the radio in my office and we both said "My favorite band!" You could almost see the little cartoon hearts flying between us...LOL! And Reese we just picked because we liked the sound of it...he he!

Mine is Tamsin - but i always get called Tasmin (which i hate along with Tammy) in fact i stopped introducing myself as Tamsin a few years ago and shortened it to Tam and then when people were used to that i added the end on. It seemed to help.

My eldest is called Aislin (said Ash lyn) and she has all sort of botther with that. Middle one is Rhiannon but calls herself Annie. Youngest ids Joseph (Joe) and even he gets wrong spellings and there are 3 in his class.
