Other programs? Who knows? :s
If anyone knows how to get the slantyness to work in OpenOffice, please reply! I'm using Mac OSX however, so if there is anything I need to do in the back-end, hopefully someone with a Mac (or who knows how to use one) can help...:S |

I'm on mac, but don't have Open office. There's the Character Palette (I have it under the language indicating flag next to the volume indicator), you might be able to access them through that (dragging/double clicking, perhaps?)
With applications with glyph palette it's no problem (InDesign, Illustrator, for example).
Good luck! |

Ah, you're right! Thank you =) I just used the glyph palette in Illustrator. It's funny I didn't think to try that last night since I'm always using that application. |

Love travis and the font. I have the normal avant garde but would appreciate it if i could be PMd the travis font with the cool letters. Also, does anyone find it funny that Feeder used avant garde minus the slanty letters for their single album? Thanks very much. |

The slanted letters have been so over used lately, even Fran mentioned that being one reason they didn't use Avant Garde for Ode. Also, none of the words really call for alternatives. |
