Your (boring) discussions don't. People like audrey's responses, however, do. And i quite like it here!

Isn't Davesurman doing something entirely harmless?
The miscellaneous part of the forum covers such vast topics as film, religion (there's a thread called "oh my god"), travel, tv, sport.
Don't join in the physics thread if you don't want to!
Out of curiousity, Davesurman, do you like Travis? Cos it would strengthen your case if you do! ;)

YES yes that's really annoying! And I hate it when people call rubber bands "elastic" bands! For Pete's sake they are not THAT elastic! Elasticity, put in simple words, is that property of a material which causes it to resist any deforming force on itself. A ball of steel is more elastic than a rubber band. So why don't people call steel wires elastic wires? Argh..
Hmmm... I don't get it... is this or is this not a thread about your common Physics misconceptions pet peeves? |

Well do please get nice and comfy because I'm an EMPLOYED music/show critic - and I'd love you to know what everyone else, and ANY general public really thinks of your singing voice - you'll really love what I have to say :) Let me know when you're around |

Its quite humorous how the two forums are "Travis - talk about travis" and "General - anything non-travis related"
I guess you're all suggesting I take this into the 'Travis' Board?
I guess I'll maybe do that - since all members of Travis are so intelligent and all - it seems fitting (hehe) |

i agree totally! it's funny how other boardies think that a general chat is only general as long as they decide what's being spoken about. |

Perhaps not, but you'd think that the mere idea that i'm implying that these things come up in normal conversation with you lot, followed by so many exclamations, as well as my ultimatum of doing "the highland fling" it'd be pretty obvious that its sarcasm ;) |
