How about having a 4 second gap and then moving onto its own track? Surely better? No?
If we get any hidden tracks, i'll be doing some computery and giving it its own track just like i have with the others. :)
:-P
no good at computery that the other pain in the .... with hidden tracks.... ok you win ! lol
lol No, it's cool if you like them but i just find them really, really stupid. Because it's not as if we don't know they're there. They even mentioned them in track listings when The Boy was released! lol Also, as soon as you know it's there, it's not a surprise any more.
It might mean that we have a perfect album closer with Before You Were Young and then have a silence of 2 minutes before a song that might be brilliant, but not as good a finish as Before You Were Young (which is a great finish.) If they want it on the album then stick it on album 7, or put it before Before You Were Young.
That's what i think anyway. |

Make it really hidden.....They Might Be Giants figured out that there is actual a "track 0" on CD's.
When the CD started automatically at track 1 (like they all do) you had to physically hit the "prior track" button twice to get back to track 0 and hear the hidden song. |

If anything, this is the best way of doing it. I don't have any Cds like that (or do i? lol) but i have read about it. |

Exactly. I like hidden tracks, but if they are announced, then it sort of defeats its purpose. We'll see I guess. |

This sounds interesting and different. |
