#3 in Norwegian Idol a few years back did WDIAROM in one of the top 10 shows. He's become pretty sucessful after Idol, and personally I love his voice :) Look him up if you want to. He's done 2 solo albums and one cover album along with 3 other Norwegian artists (amazing album btw).
I've uploaded his version, though bear in mind that he was only 16-17 at the time, and that this was before he had much experience.
Alejandro Fuentes - Why Does It Always Rain On Me?
+ some other random Travis covers, including the hilarious "F*cking Around" :-P |

I think you're OD-ing on the Hammond organ channel. "I'm comin' home, I've done my time..." It is catchy, but somehow I don't see it as a Travis song.

This was the first song that sprung to my mind as well :) Would be amazing to hear Fran's interpretation of it.
Also I'd love to hear them do something by Amy MacDonald - preferably Barrowland Ballroom or Run, as they're some of my favorites.
Still reading, Fran? You'd probably do well (and make me very happy) with Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly, Joni Mitchell - Both Sides Now, Radiohead - Videotape or something Coldplay or Oasis. |

I know I go on and on about this song all the time, but Peter Shilling's Major Tom . I can just imagine the 4,3,2,1 part. Fran seems to like that space stuff anyway. |

Nice. I really like Death Cab For Cutie. Don't own any of their albums, but what I've heard on the radio I love.
If Travis were to cover one of their songs I would go with "Soul Meets Body" ...great tune! |

I think they should do I've Just Seen A Face by The Beatles.
I can picture Fran and Dougie singing it. It'd be a lovely cover. |
