just saw it tonight. what a heavy movie. daniel day-lewis was great. musical score was excellent. and i didn't know ciaran hinds was also in the movie!
only thing i didn't like was the couple sitting behind me! i couldn't tell if they were on a date or whatever, but the girl just couldn't shut up with questions, from the stupid to the rhetorical (i guess her brain couldn't process the story), which the guy kept answering. the chatter went on for the entire movie. arrgh! this movie needs a quiet theatre audience. |

Just saw it. Holy cow. That's about all I can say right now. Is Daniel Day Lewis even human???? How can one human have so much talent?
About the milkshake phrase, there are already T-shirts and many You Tube videos:

No Country is definitely not an action movie. Daniel Day Lewis' character is truly an awful person but the violence is not a huge part of the movie. I hope that is vague enough to encourage you to see it without spoiling it.
I thought Juno was good but not great, for me. Clever writing, well done but I truly don't understand how it got a best picture nomination. I think I heard too much hype before I saw it. |

Finally rented this film on DVD. It blew me away! I loved it! Daniel Day Lewis is an amazing actor. I have to admit that I hadn't seen any of his movies prior to this one (Gangs of New York is on my list), but he was SO good. He won an Oscar for this performance...right? He should have. |

LOL. Yeah but this character will most definitely not give you warm fuzzy feelings like Inigo.
"There will be blood" is more like a promise than anything else. |
