the iMood.
a new player from Apple that uses new ear buds to gauge your current temperament. iMood can decipher if you're in a rockin' mood or a mellow mood and will play music to suit that situation, the iMood.
one day, it'll happen. |

I don't use playlists all that often. I just like the concept of 'albums'. I like considering them as one piece of work from start to finish. But making playlists, CDs etc can still be quite fun. :) |

same here, i listen to albums in their entirety. i've made playlists before, but they're time-consuming to put together. i get too wrapped up in how the songs fit with each other, etc. :-P |

I haven't the patience to create playlists. I only have two currently. And I usually get to 'm' before losing interest.
I'm all about music > artists > play all
and just getting a selection of artists music on random for a while. |

LOL!
Sometimes I do the same...
But then I skip all the songs that I don't want to hear. :P
(basically, in the last period, all the non-travis-songs XD) |

I've usually got my ipod set on perma shuffle, so when I do listen to albums, I never get them in any sort of an order.
It makes listening to Abbey Road, Dark Side of the Moon and others particularly un-rewarding. |

like the sound of that!
Also, playlists for me, unless it's a cracking album. |

I only listen to good stuff that i've bought.
So it's albums for me, played in the order they were meant to be.
I still skip the odd track I don't like though. |

I listen on full shuffle while I'm walking the dogs or in the shower but then the next song that comes on when I'm done becomes 'Album of the Day' and I listen to the whole thing. That way no one gets left out. What would become of Asia's 'Then and Now' if not given a fighting chance for playtime? |
